Blache Terrage, 2016

Near the Canal Saint-Martin in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, this housing project is located in the micro-parcel of Blache-Terrage.

Its volumetry is cut in angle and allows to guess the continuity of the streets one opposite to the other, inscribing the building in a dialogue with the Parisian – and Haussmannian tradition. A regular withdrawal thus manages the corner terraces that go by retiring. This politeness on the adjacent streets reveals a little more on each floor the clearance of the sky and the foliage of the square.
